We are located at 194 Bay Street, Staten Island, New York 10301, conveniently just a few minutes walk or short train ride from the Staten Island Ferry from downtown Manhattan. (Tompkinsville stop) You’ll see the newly renovated Tompkinsville park directly across the street, and local art gallery Coyle Cavern on the 1st floor. Our cross streets, Victory Blvd & Bay Street, also happen to be a public transportation hub where you can catch an MTA bus to nearly anywhere on the island or beyond.
